Edgar McKee, Principal of FSG, has an extensive real estate development and construction background, having served in both owner and executive roles over the last 25 years.
As an owner at Cardinal Ventures, he developed 1.5 million square feet of senior living assets throughout the Southeast. Cardinal Ventures was the majority shareholder of Blake Management Group (BMG). At its peak, BMG eclipsed $6 Million in annual management revenue and managed ~1,500 employees.
While with Yates Companies, Edgar was involved in positioning and managing the company’s equity participation in the development of more than 2,500 resort condominium units, which exceeded $1 billion in value.
