Harrison Young is a licensed architect who transitioned into a prominent role in commercial real estate. He founded Young Architecture, PLLC (a joint-venture affiliate of Young, Wier+Boerner Architecture, PLLC), where he designed more than 900,000 square feet of senior living, office, spiritual, and residential projects.
For the past 15 years, as an owner of Cardinal Ventures, Harrison has managed the underwriting, entitlement, and development of over 1.5 million square feet of senior living assets valued at over $300 million in combined investor equity and debt. He has also managed the design, development, and construction of over two million square feet of various projects valued at over $500 million.
